Users can be associated with either an organization or an entity.
- Organization roles
Organization roles give users access to information for an entire organization. Some roles also let users see personally identifiable information (PII) and update organization and entity information. - Entity roles
An entity role gives a user access to information for a single entity and all of its child entities. Assigning entity roles is optional. - Options for medical oversight roles
You must choose at least one person to serve in a medical oversight capacity. You have several options for assigning roles for medical oversight. - Location roles
Your Oracle Customer Success manager can create locations where participants go for medical appointments (such as a screenings, blood tests, monoclonal antibody tests) within an organization. A user with the location administrator role can then edit the location details, add appointment types, and add location users who can manage schedules. - Add a user at your organization
Your Oracle Customer Success manager adds one coordinator from your organization to Oracle COVID-19 Patient Monitoring System. After that, the first coordinator must add the remaining users to the system. When you add a user, you also assign a role to the user. - Add a user at an entity
An organization coordinator or a user at an entity can add the users who work at an entity. When you add a user, you also assign a role to the user. - Add a user at a location
If you need to schedule appointments for participants at specific locations, your Oracle Customer Success manager adds one location administrator to the system. After that, an organization coordinator or location administrator can add more location administrators and location staff users (check-in agents, healthcare workers, processing staff) to a location. - Resend a welcome message
If a new user cannot locate the welcome message or the link in the message expired, you can send the message again. The steps you follow to resend the message varies depending on where the user works: for the organization or for an entity within the organization.
