View details on a schedule

You can also view different types of previously created schedules by selecting the appointment type. You can also preview a schedule when you create or edit one.

To view details of a current schedule:
  1. Select Locations/Scheduling from the Home page.

    Note:

    If you cannot see the Locations/Scheduling option on the Home page, contact your Oracle Customer Success manager to activate it.
  2. If your organization includes more than one location for appointments, select the location from the drop-down menu of the location icon. The icon is located next to your account name in the product banner. It looks like the location icon you see on maps: Shows a location icon
  3. Select the Schedules tab.
  4. In the Appointment Type field at the top of the page, select the type of appointment you want to manage from the drop-down list (if not done already).
  5. Review the schedule on the calendar. You can view by month, week, or day. You also see panels with details on the number of checked in participants, appointments available today and tomorrow, contact information, appointment types at that location, and the number of location users (administrators or staff users).
