View refresh details for a multisource signal configuration

You can access refresh details for an interactive or multisource signal configuration from the following pages:

  • Manage Signal Configurations—View pending changes before you refresh the signal configuration.
  • Signal Management Refreshes—View changes implemented during the refresh.
When viewing refresh details for a multisource signal configuration, you see the following information:
  • Information for the lead and secondary configurations, including Name, Label (for secondary configurations), Refresh ID, Refreshed Date and Data As Of.
  • Calculate alerts setting.
  • Active alert types.
  • Refresh date.
  • Refresh user.

The details for the lead and secondary configurations may include a Refresh ID link, from which you can open the details of the last refresh run for the underlying configuration.

If the refresh has been deleted, the run id is not available. If no refresh was run, either because the configuration was not refreshed or the refresh run was deleted, then Refresh ID and Data As Of columns will be empty. The secondary signal configuration section does not appear if no secondary configuration is specified in the multisource configuration.

Field Description

ID

When viewing details of a refresh that has taken place, the ID row displays the identifier assigned to the refresh when the refresh was created. IDs are unique and are not reused.

Lead signal configuration

Provides the Name, along with details about the last refresh, including Refresh ID, Refreshed Date, and Data As Of.

You can click the Refresh ID to view the refresh details for the last refresh of the underlying configuration. If the Refresh ID does not appear, the refresh was either deleted or the configuration was not refreshed.

Secondary signal configuration(s)

Provides the Name and Label of the secondary configuration, along with details about the last refresh, including Refresh ID, Refreshed Date, and Data as of.

You can click the Refresh ID to view the refresh details for the last refresh of the underlying configuration. If the Refresh ID does not appear, the refresh was either deleted or the configuration was not refreshed.

Calculate alerts

Indicates whether alerts calculations are included as part of the refresh. If you select the Suppress alert calculations on next refresh check box when adding or editing a multisource signal configuration, the value is NO for the resulting refresh.

Activated alert types: Review period based

Details of the active alert types with review period based alert type rules, including Label, Tracked, Review Period, Condition.

Activated alert types: Complexity level based

Details of the active alert types with complexity level based alert type rules, including Label, Tracked, Complexity, Periodicity, Condition.

Refresh start date

Appears when viewing completed refreshes. Date and time that the refresh was executed.

Refresh created by

Appears when viewing completed refreshes. Name of the user who created the refresh.

Date

Appears when viewing pending refreshes. Displays the date and time that you accessed the Refresh Details page.
