Renew an access code for Oracle HIMCS Mobile

When mobile users open Oracle HIMCS Mobile, they see a status message (Active or Inactive) on the Upload Records tab. The access code can also expire on their device or they can manually deactivate it.

To reactivate the mobile device, you (as an administrator) must renew the access code and send it to the mobile user.
To renew an access code:
  1. Sign in the main Oracle Health Immunization Management system as an administrator and select the Administration tab.
  2. Select Manage Mobile Devices.
  3. Locate the device that needs a new access code, select the Edit (pencil) icon from the row.
  4. Select Renew Access Code to generate a new code.
  5. Send the code (URL or QR code) to the appropriate user to reactivate the device as described in steps 4-8 in Activate a mobile device and add first account.
