Deactivate Oracle HIMCS Mobile

When you first sign in to Oracle HIMCS, you can see a message on the Upload Records tab that indicates your device status (for example, Active or Inactive). You can deactivate Oracle HIMCS Mobile at any time.

If you deactivate Oracle HIMCS Mobile (or your access code expires), you must work with an administrator to get a new access code to create new records and upload any existing ones. See Activate a mobile device and add first account for more details on getting new access codes.
To deactivate Oracle HIMCS Mobile on your device:
  1. Sign in to Oracle HIMCS Mobile, select the Upload Records tab, and select Deactivate Device Access.
  2. When prompted, select Deactivate Device Access again.
    Once you deactivate the app on the device (or your access code expires), any previously stored records remain on the app. To reactivate your device, get a new access code as described in Activate a mobile device and add first account.
