7 Patient Messages
You can manage patient notifications based on health events in the Messaging section of Application and Module Settings. You can configure the message subjects or types that patients can send to your organization.
- Set the Inbound Message Preference
You can enable or disable the ability for patients to send messages to your staff. If you turn inbound messaging off, patients cannot send messages through the patient portal. - Review Message Subjects
You can view a list of message subjects that patients can select when they send messages to your organization from the patient portal, if inbound messaging is enabled.
