Sign Out of Patient Portal

Sign out when you are done using the portal to protect the security of your account and personal details. Signing out is especially important if you use a shared computer.

To sign out any time and return to the Sign In page:

Note:

Patient Portal warns you after approximately 12 minutes of inactivity, and then signs you out after approximately 15 minutes of inactivity.

1. Select your name at the top of the page to display a list of connected health profiles you can access.

   Note:

   If you do not have any other connected profiles, only the Sign Out menu option is displayed. Contact your provider's office to connect additional profiles to your account.
2. Select Sign Out.

Tip:

If you sign out while viewing another profile, the next time you sign in you are returned to your own profile. Switch to the other user's profile again to return to that information.
