Sign In to Patient Portal

After you enroll, you can sign in to Patient Portal and view your health profile.

Note:

If your organization has a Patient Portal mobile app, such as the Oracle Health mobile app, optionally download and open that mobile app. After you open the mobile app, you may need to add your organization before you can sign in. See Add Organizations to the Oracle Health Mobile App for more information.
To sign in to Patient Portal:
  1. After you create an account, use the link provided to you to access the Patient Portal.
  2. Enter the username and password that you used during the enrollment steps.

    Tip:

    Your username is displayed in the email messages sent to you during the enrollment process.

    If you are prompted to enter an automated password or provide your face or fingerprint authentication, follow the onscreen instructions to sign in. See the Help on your mobile device for more information. If you are setting this information for the first time, you may need to select Done (or similarly named button) before you can continue.

    Your home page is displayed. See Home in Patient Portal for more information.
  3. After you sign in, if you manage multiple connected health profiles, optionally switch to a different health profile.
