Switch the Language
Depending on your Patient Portal settings, it may use a language that you do not want. But, you can change it to accommodate your needs.
You can set the language Patient Portal uses by selecting Language
from the Sign-in page. You can also change the language anytime from the
Profile (Switch User) menu.
To switch the current language:
- From the User (Switch Profile) menu, select Settings. The Settings page is displayed.
- Select Account (if it is not already selected). The Account tab is displayed.
- Select the drop-down list under Display Language. A list of each language available to you is displayed. Select your preferred language. The patient portal refreshes to display all content in the selected language.
Switch the language before signing in to Patient Portal to ensure that the portal
is displayed in that language each time you sign in.
