Managing External Emails

When integrated with an Email Solution partner it is possible to launch your email client from within OPERA Cloud to view emails received and store some of these emails on the profile for future reference. You can search emails by Date Range, Sender Last Name, Sender First Name, Sender Email Address and Subject.

Note:

Using Chrome browser, you will only have the option to download email. Using Firefox, you will have the option to view or download the email.

Viewing Emails

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles.

  2. View By: Select Accounts (company, travel agents, sources) or Contact from the list.

  3. Enter additional search criteria then click Search.

  4. Select the profile in search result, then click I Want To. . ., and select Emails or open the Account profile or Contact profile and click the Emails link.

    1. Search for and select an email by clicking on the Subject link

    2. Select Open

Downloading Emails to a Profile

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles.

  2. View By: Select Account or Contact from the list.

  3. Enter additional search criteria then click Search.

  4. Select the profile in search result, then click I Want To. . ., and select Emails or open the Account or Contact profile and click the Emails link.

    1. Search for and select an email by clicking on the Subject link

    2. Select Save File
