Configuring Hubs

Hubs are used in combination with Chain and Property roles to control user access to properties, property data and specific functionality in each property.

A DFLT_[TENANT] default hub is created upon provisioning, and all properties provisioned for your tenancy are associated to this hub. You can configure additional hubs and associate a subset of properties with one or multiple hubs; enabling you to cluster properties according to your business need. There are various OPERA Controls to setup for each hub you configure. For more information, see Configuring OPERA Controls.

You can configure additional hubs and associate a subset of properties with one or more hubs; enabling you to cluster properties according to your business need.

Hub(s) are then assigned to users, granting access to the properties allocated to the hub. See Managing Users.

Note:

You can only manage hubs that are assigned to you. Hubs created by other users and not assigned to you will not be listed in search results.
