Daily Forecast (rep_daily_forecast.rep with rep_daily_forecast.fmx)

The Daily Forecast Report displays room nights, room revenues, and catering revenues on a daily basis per booking. Catering revenues can be split into up to five catering revenue type groups. Each day has a status summary line per status and one total daily summary across all statuses. The report incorporates the option to print catering revenues as net or gross depending on the setup of tax configuration on catering revenue types.

Selection Criteria

Property: Enter or select the property. You can select multiple properties from a hub location. 

Stay Date From: Enter or select a stay from date for the block.

Stay Date To: Enter or select a stay to date for the block.

Block Status: Enter of select one or more status from the list.

Market Segment: Enter or select ore more market segments from the list.

Block Type: Enter or select a block (booking) type from the list.

Event Revenue.

• When the application setting Catering Revenue Price Type is set as Gross and the option button Gross is selected, catering revenue figures print as booked.

• When the application setting Catering Revenue Price Type is set as Gross and the option button Net is selected,  catering revenue figures print with the VAT (Tax) percentage configured for each catering revenue type deducted to the booked revenue.

• When the application setting Catering Revenue Price Type is set as Net and the option button Net is selected, catering revenue figures print as booked.

• When the application setting Catering Revenue Price Type is set as Net and the option button Gross is selected,  catering revenue figures print with the VAT (Tax) percentage configured for each catering revenue type added to the booked revenue.

Revenue Type 1-5:

• Use this option to select the catering revenue types that should be used to calculate the catering revenue figures and the order in which these revenue types should print on the report.

Print Exclude From Forecast Event:

• Use this option to decide whether to include or exclude (or print exclusively) event revenue from events that have the “Exclude from Forecast Reports” flag on the Event Details Tab selected.

Rooms Revenue:

• If the option button Net is selected, room revenue figures print net of any generates or packages that might be configured with the rate or are added to the booking.

• If the option button Gross is selected, room revenue figures print inclusive of room generates.

Block Owner/Primary Owner Only:

• Use this filter to select bookings by their block owner.

• Depending on the “Primary Owner Only” flag, only bookings where the selected initials are the primary block owner are selected.

• If not selected, bookings where the initials are primary or secondary block owner are selected.

Rooms Owner/Primary Owner Only:

• Use this filter to select bookings by their catering owner.

• Depending on the “Primary Owner Only” flag, only bookings where the selected initials are the primary catering owner are selected.

• If not selected, bookings where the initials are primary or secondary catering owner will be selected.

Catering Owner/Primary Owner Only:

• Use this filter to select bookings by their catering owner.

• Depending on the “Primary Owner Only” flag, only bookings where the selected initials are the primary catering owner are selected.

• If not selected, bookings where the initials are primary or secondary catering owner will be selected.

Currency:

• Select the currency type in which to display revenue values on this report. (Available when the Ability to Quote Rates in Foreign Currencies OPERA Control is active.)
