The Administration Guide is not a comprehensive Oracle system administration manual nor does it replace existing documentation or available courses in management of Oracle environments.

Target audience

The Administration Guide is intended for system and database managers and others responsible for looking after the daily operation of Oracle Health Insurance.

Guiding principle

Guiding principle for the Administration Guide is to use default features of the technology stack as much as possible or unless alternative methods improve Oracle Health Insurance operations. Examples of such default features are Automated Storage Management (ASM) and Automatic Optimizer Statistics Collection of the Oracle Database.
