2 Manage users and trial access

As a Life Sciences AI Agents administrator, you can add, modify, and delete users and assign their trial access.

For each user, you must provide a first and last name, email address, and a username. Then, you select the role(s) for the user and select whether to give the user access to trials in planning, access to all trials, or access to a subset of trials. You can modify the user details and trial access at any time.

• View the list of users
  As a Life Sciences AI Agents administrator, you can view the list of users in the system.
• View the list of trials a user can access
  As a Life Sciences AI Agents administrator, you can view the list of trials that a user can access.
• Add a user and assign trial access
  As a Life Sciences AI Agents administrator, you can add new users and assign their trial access.
• Modify a user and their trial access
  As a Life Sciences AI Agents administrator, you can modify the details for any user and modify the trials the user can access.
• Delete a user
  As a Life Sciences AI Agents administrator, you can delete a user with the Administrator role, Trials role, or both roles if necessary.
