View the details of a Trial in Planning

You can view the details of any Trial in Planning that you have access to.

To view the details of a Trial in Planning:

1. Open the list of trials you can access, and filter the list for Trials in Planning, as described in View the list of trials you can access.
2. In the Trials in Planning list view, in the Study column, select the identifier of the trial you want to view the details for.

   The Study column displays study identifier(s) such as the Protocol ID, NCT ID, and EudraCT Number (EUCT Number).

   Note:

   • The page that opens and the information you see depends on the status of the trial you select. The status options include: Ingestion Complete, Generating Plans, Finalizing Plan, and Start-Up.
   • If, for example, the protocol ingestion failed or the plan generation failed, an Error status may appear for a trial. You can select the Error status to open an information panel on the right side of the Trials list page. Follow the instructions in the panel or contact Oracle for assistance. Select the X at the top right to close the panel.

• View the details of a trial - Ingestion Complete status
  You can view the details of a Trial in Planning that has a status of Ingestion Complete.
• View the details of a trial - Generating Plans status
  You can view the details of a Trial in Planning that has a status of Generating Plans.
• View the details of a trial - Finalizing Plan status
  You can view the details of a Trial in Planning that has a status of Finalizing Plan. This status means that the trial plans have been generated, but one has not been selected.
• View the details of a trial - Start-Up status
  You can view the details of a Trial in Planning that has a status of Start-Up.
