Create a Service Request (SR) to obtain the PVP password

The PVP passwords rotate every 90 days. Create an SR to request the current PVP password so you can access the downloaded PVP package.
  1. Open My Oracle Support under “Support for Oracle Hardware, Software, and Managed Cloud,” select Sign in or create your Oracle account.
  2. Enter your username, then select Next.
  3. Select Create Service Request.
  4. Under Can you tell us what type of issue you are having?, select MOS Portal Question.
  5. When prompted, confirm you are the primary contact by selecting Next.
  6. Under Which product or service is experiencing this issue?, select My Oracle Support (MOS).
  7. In Title your service request with a brief summary, enter the following, then select Next: Requesting the PVP Password.
  8. When prompted, confirm the language, then select Next.
  9. In Can you describe the issue in detail?, enter the following, then select Next: Requesting the PVP password for Oracle Life Sciences Clinical One Cloud Service (28825486) and/or Digital Gateway Builder (37602287).

    Note:

    If you need a password for only one product, enter only that product name and ID.
  10. Under How would you categorize this issue?, select Create SR.
  11. For Is this a technical issue?, select No.
  12. For What issue are you experiencing?, select Other Issues.
  13. Select Next, then select Submit Service Request.

    Tip:

    Treat the PVP password as sensitive. Share it only with authorized users and store it according to your organization’s security policies.
