Undo a subject's enrollment

Revert a subject's enrollment status back to Screened.

In studies that do not include randomization, a subject is automatically moved from a status of Screened to Enrolled when they complete the visit following the Screening Type visit. However, you may be required to modify a subject's enrollment status, ensuring accurate information is provided to sponsor users in their study evaluation process.

Note:

The Undo Enroll option is not available for subjects that are currently locked or frozen.

You must be assigned to a study role that includes the Undo Enroll permission in order to revert a subject's enrollment status.

  1. On the Home page, Access study modes and pages.
  2. Along the top, make sure Subjects is selected.
  3. Filter your view based on several criteria. For more information, see Filter subjects in a study.
  4. In the Subjects List, locate the subject whose enrollment status you would like to revert back to Screened, and select the checkbox.
  5. Above the Subject List, from the Manage drop-down, select Undo Enroll.
  6. In the Undo Enroll dialog, select a Reason for Change.
  7. Click Undo Enroll.
