Payments and Operations
- Terminals? → Terminal Manager
- Refunds? → Transactions and Refunding
- Chargebacks? → Chargeback groups
Step 4: What Location access do they need?
- Give only the access to location the user requires to complete their tasks.

Step 5: What Account Structure access is needed?
- This is optional so if needed → assign Business / Business Unit / Business Account user access
