Privileges

Each payment group includes one or more privileges that define the features they have access to or the actions they can take. Privileges themselves can’t be added or removed from the set groups. Location permissions are controlled in Oracle Payment Cloud Service. See Assign Users to a Location for more details.

The following table defines each privilege.

Business Units	Add/Update Business Units	* Add a business unit. * Update an existing owned business unit. * View owned business units.
Business Units	View Rates and Fees	* Child privilege of Add/Update Business Units. * View rate card profile within owned business unit.
Business Accounts	Add/Update Business Accounts	* Add a business account (for owned or permitted businesses). * Update an existing business account that they own. * View owned business accounts.
Assign Location to a Business Account	Add/Update Business Account	* Can only assign a location or sub-location that they are permitted to access and they have the Add/Update Business Account privilege.
Locations	Update Location Details	* Can update details (like address or phone number) for locations or sub-locations they are permitted to access. * Location scope also applicable to users that are Payment Administrators.
Terminals	View Terminals	* Can view terminals that are linked to locations or sub-locations they are permitted to see.
Terminals	Register Terminals	* Child privilege of View Terminals. * Can assign a terminal to a permitted location or sub-location or reassign to another location or sub-location they are permitted to see.
Chargebacks	Chargeback Report and Summary	Can view and search disputes raised against locations or sub-locations they have access to.
Chargebacks	Accept Chargeback	Child privilege of Chargeback Report and Summary. Can accept a dispute raised against locations or sub-locations they have access to.
Chargebacks	Defend Chargeback	Child privilege of Chargeback Report and Summary. Can defend a dispute raised against locations or sub-locations they have access to.
Reporting	Transaction Report and Charts	Access to the Transaction report and dashboard transaction/trends. It is restricted to locations or sub-locations they have access to.
Reporting	Refund a Transaction	Child privilege of Transaction Report and Charts. Can refund a transaction against locations or sub-locations they have access to.
Reporting	Payout Report and Summary	Access to the Payout report and dashboard. It is restricted to locations or sub-locations they have access to.
Users	Assign Locations	Can assign locations or sub-locations they can access to other users. Payment Administrator can assign any locations or sub-locations within their organization.
