Approving/Rejecting a Request or Assigning a Server

To approve/reject a request or assign different server:

1. Select a request in the table. The Temporary Store Request window is displayed.

   • Select Approve to approve the current request. A message is displayed. Confirm with OK. The request is displayed on the Temporary Store Request page with the status Approved.

   • Select Reject to reject the current request. A message is displayed. Select Yes to continue. The request is displayed on the Temporary Store Request page with the status Rejected.

   • To assign a different server, select the Is the server not in this list? checkbox.

     The following fields are displayed:

     • Server Hostname

       Enter the hostname of the new server.

     • Server Port

       Enter the port of the new server.

     • Register Range Start

     • Register Range End

     • Select Approve. The approved request with the new server is shown in the table.

     Note:

     When an Xadmin user approves, or rejects an extension store request, a store message is generated and displayed in the target store along with the event request update.
