Cancelling a Server Request

Once a server is assigned to the temporary store request, you can cancel the request. To cancel a server request:

  1. Select a request in the table. The Temporary Store Request window is displayed.

  2. Then click Cancel Request. The selected server is removed from the store. You can add comments for cancelling the request. The comments are communicated to the store and a notification is created in Xstore.

    Note:

    The server will also be removed from the store, when the date range expired.
