New and Changed Features for 12c
Before you begin the upgrade process, review the following list of changes for standalone Oracle HTTP Servers in 12c:

The installer no longer creates a separate instance directory for Oracle HTTP Server. Instance information for the standalone OHS is stored in a new standalone domain home. See Oracle HTTP Server Standard Upgrade Topology for Standalone Agents not Associated with a WebLogic Domain.

The OPMN agent and
opmnctl
command-line utilities are no longer used in Oracle Fusion Middleware. Instead, system components are managed by NodeManager and WLST commands.

Support for Certificates signed with MD5 algorithm has been removed. See Replacing Certificate Signed Using MD5 Algorithm with Certificate Signed Using SHA-2 Algorithm.
