Edit List
The Edit List page provides controls for revising the structure of a list. List structure is comprised of the list name, description, and columns. More
Element | Description |

Name |
The display name of the list. Click the Edit icon next to the name to open a dialog with fields for revising the list name and description. More |
Description |
An optional list description. The list description appears below the list display name in the List Details panel in the Lists Console. You can revise this value by clicking the Edit icon next to the name. |
Modified By |
The list's creator or most recent modifier and the modification date. Click the name or its associated icon to open the Presence menu and select from a variety of instant-contact options. More |
Columns |
Manage list column options. More |
Create |
A control for opening the Create/Edit Column dialog. The new column is added after the currently-selected column. A list can support up to 30 columns. More |
Edit |
A control for updating the selected list column. For more information, see Create/Edit Column. |
Delete |
A control for deleting the selected list column. |
Refresh |
A control for refreshing the data on the Edit List page. |
Name |
The column name. |
Reorder |
Controls for rearranging the order of list columns. You can also rearrange a column by selecting and dragging it to the desired location. More |
