Task Flows

Use the Task Flows page to build and manage task flows for all portals (if accessed through the Shared Assets page) or for the current portal (if accessed through the Assets page).

You can add any resource from the resource catalog to a task flow, including data controls. If you add a data control to a task flow, it is advisable to add only one type of data presentation to the task flow.

If a task flow is hidden after it has already been consumed in a page, the usage of the task flow will continue to work in that page, but the task flow will no longer be available in the resource catalog for consumption in other pages.
