Viewing existing data mining runs

In this section Hide

The Data Mining Runs page provides information about existing data mining runs and enables you to define new runs if you have the required permission.

For the selected project and data configuration, the Data Mining Runs page lists runs that you created or that are published to you. If you have the Administer Users permission, the page also lists unpublished runs created by any users in your login group.

1.         Click the Data Mining Runs tab.

The Data Mining Runs page appears.

2.         From the Project drop-down list, select a project, or select -- to include all projects.

3.         From the Configuration drop-down list, select a data configuration, or select -- to include all configurations.

The selected data mining runs appear. See the Data Mining Runs page for information about each run.

Data mining run options

  1. To create a run definition file that you can use to execute the MGPS or logistic regression data mining run from outside of the application, click Create Definition File. This option is available to superusers only. For more information about executing data mining runs externally, contact Oracle.
  2. To view the jobs for a run or research why an error occurred, click View Jobs for Run.
  3. To view details about a run, click View Run Details.
  4. To publish a run that you have created, click Publish. If you have the Administer Users permission, you can publish a run created by any user in your login group.
  5. You can publish a run as soon as the run is submitted. It does not need to be complete for you to publish it. However, you might want to review the run results before making them available to other users.

See About tables for information about viewing, printing, or downloading tables or changing the way data displays in the table.

Row menu options

Click the row menu (Row menu) for a run, to perform the following actions:

Note: When you rename a run that is the target of an alias, the name of the alias target is updated.

Note: When you delete a run that is associated with an alias, the target status of the alias becomes Broken.

Note: Empirica Signal version 7.1 included significant enhancements to logistic regression computations. As a result, logistic regression runs created prior to the installation of 7.1 cannot be re-run.
