The Diagnostic Report Observation Event RMIM represents diagnostic interpretations/reports of radiology images or evaluations of tissue samples. These are all the observations that include a text report. It includes all of the attributes and relationships for the observation in event mood, including the order that this event fulfills in. The message specification lets the sender specify related information such as a prior order for the procedure that yielded the report, a specimen observation or radiology image associated with the report, related encounter, annotations, and so on. It excludes signs, symptoms, and lab results.
