SAAJ APIで定義されたファクトリの実装クラスのアクセス・ポイントです。 SAAJ 1.3のファクトリで定義されたすべてのnewInstanceメソッドは、このクラスのインスタンスに従い、実際のオブジェクトを作成します。 SAAJ 1.2に存在したnewInstance()メソッド(SOAPFactory、MessageFactory内)の実装は更新され、SAAJ 1.2で定義されている検索がFactory実装クラス名を検索できないときに、SAAJMetaFactoryに委譲するようになりました。

SAAJMetaFactoryはサービス・プロバイダのインタフェースです。 このクラスのpublicメソッドはありません。
