Process of Setting Up Branch Locations


Customers can identify the branches of a company that are nearest to a specified location. They can visit these branches to conduct face-to-face business transactions.

Customers can perform branch location searches by using a city, state, or ZIP code query. In the results of the search, the branches appear in order of proximity, along with relevant information, such as location names, addresses, operating hours, telephone numbers, and distances from a location.

To set up branch locations, perform the following tasks:

  1. Importing Geocode Data
  2. Creating Divisions for Branch Locations
  3. Creating Categories for Branch Locations
  4. Creating Branch Locations
  5. Linking Search Results to Map Services
