Modules such as ATG Personalization use a highly customizable framework called the Asset Manager. This framework permits you to create new Navigation pane views and to alter the asset properties you see in the Details pane. It’s also possible to change the labels you see for buttons, tabs, or views as well as add or hide the UI elements themselves as triggered by the activity or task you use to access the UI, among other configuration options.
