When you are using the Apply to All mode in the Multi Edit tab, you indicate whether you want to change, clear, or keep the existing value for each property you see in the Details pane. If you select Change as the Update Action, you are required to provide a new value and will receive an error if you fail to. Because you can’t edit properties in the Multi Edit tab that contain images, by default, any time you set an image property to Change, you receive an error. The checkForEmptyChangeProperties property of the /atg/web/assetmanager/multiedit/ApplyToAllFormHandler governs this behavior and is set to true by default. By toggling this property to false, you change the Apply to All behavior in two ways, so that in the future:
Selecting Change and leaving the property empty removes the values currently held by it, and
Image properties are editable.
