Oracle ATG Web Commerce Search includes reports you can use to track how your end-users are using the product. The reports themselves, as well as how to access them, are documented in the ATG Reports Guide.

Search reports rely on data stored in the ATG Data Warehouse, described in detail in the ATG Data Warehouse Guide. Before it can appear in a report, data must be collected in the form of log files, which are periodically loaded into the warehouse. This chapter describes the components, processes, and configuration involved.

Note: In order to use Search reports, your commerce site must use the ATG 10 or later version of the Search API, including form handlers and droplets. See the ATG Search Query Guide for information on these components.

Note: Information relating to deleted environments may still appear in search reports if you create an environment, use it, and then delete it before updating the data warehouse. In this case, the only identifying information for a deleted environment is the repository ID.
