Attempt to Delete Resource Group in Global Zone Fails Incorrectly (16704170)

Problem Summary: When both the global cluster and a zone cluster contain a resource group by the same name, if either resource group has a non-empty value for the RG_dependencies or RG_affinities property, then attempting to remove the other resource group with the same name will fail with a complaint about the existing dependency.

Workaround: Include the –F (force) option in the command to delete the resource group. For example:

# clrg delete -F rg-name

Then, recreate any dependencies or affinities on the remaining resource group with the same name if deleted with the force option.
