Allowing User to Remove Last DID Device From a Rawdisk Device Group and Later cldevicegroup Commands Result in cl_ccrad Core Dumps (15815165)

Problem Summary: In a cluster that has multiple device groups, if a busy device is removed from one of the device groups leaving that group empty, all the other device groups might not be able to go offline. Subsequent cldevicegroup commands might cause a core dump.

Workaround: Do not remove a busy device from a device group. Do not remove the last device from a device group.
