To support a future release, Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning has added a region ("Net Change Replan") to the replace the Net Change Replan button, and a new window ("On-Line Planner Status") in the Planner Workbench.

The Online Planner supports replanning decisions in large and dynamic industrial organizations. It delivers a fast, intuitive, and user-friendly tool for replanning. From the Planner Workbench, you can start the Online Planner for the currently loaded plan. You can then make changes to the plan and allow the Online Planner to plan all affected items. If you are satisfied with the changes, you can stop the Online Planner and implement your plan.

The Online Planner allows you to save the plan exceptions after a replan. The Planner Workbench allows you to compare the exceptions over time.

With the Online Planner, you can also make a copy of any plan, to which you can return at any stage.

Supplier Planned Inventories

To support a future release , Supply Chain Planning users can integrate supplier and customer inventory information with information from manufacturing and distribution organizations. Such information gives you an overall picture of the supply chain and provides early warning of stock-outs, swings in demand, and capacity problems.

Supply Chain Planning treats customers and suppliers as external organizations, which you can include in your sourcing strategies and ATP calculations. You can also share all relevant supply and demand information with your suppliers and customers.
