You can launch Performance Manager and TopSessions directly from the Windows NT Start menu, or from an operating system prompt. Performance Manager provides the option to login to the Management Server, or to login directly to a single target database. TopSessions connects directly to the target database. You can also perform capture operations and compare operations from an operating system prompt without launching the Create Baseline or Compare Database Objects wizards.
