Workflow to Verify Entitlement on a Service Request

This is one of two workflows that automate the process of verifying entitlements on a Service Request. The workflow is called FS - Verify Entitlement SR; the other is FS - Verify Entitlement SR Best Response Time. The workflow shows a list of entitlements to the user and requests that the user choose an entitlement, and then the workflow stamps the commit time on the Service Request. Figure 8 illustrates this workflow.
