Workflow to Verify Entitlement with Best Response Time on a Service Request

This is one of two workflows that automate the process of verifying entitlements on a Service Request. The workflow is called FS - Verify Entitlement SR Best Response Time; the other is FS - Verify Entitlement SR. The workflow automatically chooses the entitlement with the best response time, and then it stamps the commit time on the Service Request. Figure 9 illustrates this workflow.
