Working with Promotional Items Dropped to a Contact


You can review, update, or remove the promotional items dropped to a contact in the Promotional Items Detail page.

To work with promotional items dropped to a contact

  1. From the Professional Call page, click the Promo Items tab.

    On the Promotional Items page, the Promotional Items table that records the promotional items dropped to a contact appears on the left side, and the list of available promotional items appears on the right side.

  2. In the Available Promotional Products section, drag the required promotional products to the Promotional Products table.

    The Available Promotional Products section lists the promotional product inventory records. In the upper right of each promotional product inventory record, the top number is the maximum number of promotional products that can be given out in one customer call, for example, 1. The bottom number is the maximum number of promotional products that are available, for example, 10. You can click the left and right arrows to scroll through the available promotional product inventory records.

    For Siebel CRM, the Promotional Products table displays the Lot number and Product name.

  3. Sort the information in the Promotional Products table by clicking the column headings in the table.
  4. Change the quantity in the Sample table by clicking the quantity value in the table, and entering the new value.

    You can also use the left and right arrows to increase or decrease the quantity. The quantity cannot exceed the maximum quantity specified by the promotional product inventory record.

  5. To remove an existing promotional product from the table, click Delete (X) beside the record in the table.
