Getting Started with Siebel Offline Client for Life Sciences > Navigating the User Interface > Sales Application Home Page > Call Plan AreaYou can view contact or account information for any scheduled or planned meetings in the Call Plan area that appears in the upper-right side of the home page. In this section, contact or account information is provided in vCard format for any calls. A scheduled call is a call where the meeting time has been agreed with the customer. A planned call is a call where the day is known but not the time of the meeting. In a scheduled call, the activity field is set to Appointment. In a planned call, it is set to Task. The default display shows call meetings that are scheduled for today. You can do the following from the Call Plan area:
