Calendar Section

You can view a daily calendar of scheduled calls or appointments in the calendar section that appears in the lower-right side of the home page. An appointment is an Activity with Type set to Appointment.

From the calendar, you can do the following:

  • See additional times by using the scroll bar to the right of the calendar.
  • Change the calendar to an earlier or later date using the right and left arrows at the top of the calendar, or click the date and use the calendar date selector.
  • Change to a daily, weekly, or monthly calendar view by clicking Day, Week, or Month.
  • Move scheduled calls or appointments to different times and days in the calendar by dragging and dropping the call entries to the time and date that you want. You can change the duration of an appointment by increasing or decreasing the height of the entry in the calendar to change the start and end time.

NOTE:  Calls that are signed or submitted cannot be moved, and duration is read-only.

  • Minimize the calendar by clicking Minimize in the upper-right corner of the calendar section.
