Price Lists and Catering Products

Price lists generally contain the first prices a buyer sees, before any pricing adjustments take place. A product must be assigned to a price list in order for a base price to appear within the quote, so the price list is one of the requirements for a product's full visibility within the quote. Each property should have its own price list to help maintain products and prices at the property level. Price lists can be transformed from one currency into another.

Price lists are created with a minimum, maximum, and list price for each listed catering product. After the price list is set up, it is associated to the property. For more information about price lists, see Setting Up Price Lists.
