Setting Up Arrival Date Adjustments for Product Pricing

Property Revenue managers can set up prices for catering products based on the group's arrival date. The user specifies the start date, end date, adjustment type, and adjustment amount in the Matrix Discount Pricing view. Discounts are then calculated based on the group's arrival date and the matrix discount pricing.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Pricing and Property Pricing.

To set up a matrix discount pricing

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Property Pricing Admin.
2. In the Properties list, select the property record and then click the link in the Property Name field.
3. Click the Matrix Discount Pricing view tab.
4. In the Matrix Discount Pricing list, add a record and complete the fields based on the discount type.
