Defining Property Facilities and Room Service Attributes
After the property record is defined, the administrator can specify the facilities and room service attributes for the property. These tasks are a step in Process of Setting Up Properties. To define property facilities
- From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Property Administration.
- In the Properties list, query for the property, and then click the Facilities view tab.
- In the Facilities form, select the check boxes for each amenity at the facility.
To define room services
- From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Property Administration.
- In the Properties list, query for the property, and then click the Room Services view tab.
- In the Room Services form, select the check boxes for each room service amenity at the property.
