Reviewing Quota Achievement Against Target (End User)
Most sales representatives also receive a quota target for the year and are paid compensation based on their achievement against this target. Siebel Incentive Compensation can use opportunities to estimate the sales representative's progress against goal targets. This helps sales representatives understand how much business they need to close, and when the business must be closed.
After estimating compensation on a group of opportunities, users can review their estimated quota achievement against a quota objective.
To review estimated achievement against an objective
- From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Estimate Incentive Compensation > My Opportunities.
- In the My Opportunities list, select the opportunity.
- Click the Quota Estimates view tab to review estimated quota attainment.
The chart incorporates actual released results as well as the estimated opportunities.
