Reviewing a Calculation Run

The Calculation Runs view allows you to view the plans, plan rules, and plan participants used to calculate compensation for a particular calculation run. It also shows the status of the compensation plan and participants in the plan. You can use this information to make sure the required plans and rules are being used for calculating compensation.

To view a calculation run

1. From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Tracking > Calculation Runs.
2. In the Calculation Runs list, select the calculation run to be reviewed, and drill down on the hyperlink in the Name field.

   The following table describes the fields in the Calculation Run form.

   Field	Comments
   Aggregate Run Criteria	This text field is used to define search criteria for the run based on fields in the Achievement Containers Workbook.
   Archive for Release	Selecting the check box sets the flag to archive the current calculation run for the release. The check box is not selected by default.
   Calculate Target Incentive	If the check box is selected, a target incentive is calculated. By default, the check box is not selected.
   Calculation Run Sequence	This read-only field shows the calculation run sequence.
   Complete Date	This read-only field shows the completion date for the selected calculation run.
   Currency Exchange Date	You can enter or select a date for a currency exchange for the current calculation run.
   Description	This text field is used to provide information about the calculation run.
   Dirty Cap and Draw Balance	If the check box is selected, the current calculation run includes cap or draw balances that are dependent on another calculation run, which has been replaced.
   End	This read-only field shows the calculation run end date.
   Include Draw	When selected (default), the draw is included in the calculation run.
   Name	The name of the plan.
   Quota Attainment Only	When the check box is selected, quota attainment applies. By default, the check box is not selected.
   Period	This read-only field shows the period for the calculation run.
   Period Type	The measurement type of the period (for example, month).
   Release Date	This read-only field shows the release date for the current calculation run.
   Releasable	This check box indicates whether or the current calculation run is releasable.
   Released	This check box indicates whether or the calculation run is released. The check box is not selected by default.
   Replace	The calculation runs to be replaced by the current run.
   Replace Type	The type of run replacement. Accept the default (clear field) or choose Erase and Replace or Replace.
   Replaced	This check box identifies calculation runs that were replaced by the current run.
   Replaced By	The calculation run that replaced this run.
   Replaced Status	This read-only field shows the replaced status of the current calculation run.
   Run Criteria	Text field used to define search criteria based on fields in the Calculation Workbook.
   Run Date	This read-only field show the run date for the calculation run.
   Start	This read-only field shows the starting date for the calculation run.
   Visible	When the check box is selected, calculation run results are visible. The check box is not selected by default.
   Year-to-Date Run	When the check box is selected, the current run is a YTD calculation run. The check box is not selected by default.

3. Click the view tabs to view additional details about Calculation Run Plans, Calculation Run Plan Participants, and Calculation Run Plan Rules.
