Associating a Hurdle with a Plan
You can associate hurdles to plans to create plan hurdles. You can also customize the plan hurdle criteria. For more information, see Process for Customizing Plan Rules. To associate a hurdle with a compensation plan
- From the application-level menu, choose View > Site Map > Incentive Compensation Administration > Plans.
- In the Plans list, select the plan, and then click the hyperlink in the Name field.
- Click the Plan Hurdles view tab.
- In the Plan Hurdles list, click New.
- In the new Plan Hurdle record, click the select button in the Name field.
- In the Pick Hurdle dialog box, select the hurdle, and then click OK.
- In the Plan Hurdle form, complete the fields as needed.
Depending on the type of hurdle, you may have to perform the procedure steps described in the following table.

Groups |
1 In the Group field in the Plan Hurdle form, click the select button.
2 In the Groups dialog box, click New.
3 Select the group (or groups) you want to add, and then click OK.

Quota |
1 In the Quota field in the Plan Hurdle form, click the select button.
2 In the Pick Quota dialog box, select a plan quota, and then click OK.
If no plan quotas appear, you probably have not added quotas to the compensation plan. |
