Associating a Recognition Award with a Plan Rule Rate Table

You can select an award for achievement in a recognition program. The awards must be associated with a plan rule rate table to identify if the compensation award is recurring or a one-time event, and to specify which hierarchy tiers are eligible for the award.

When the participant has earned an award on the program, the award appears in the Award Earned field in the My Compensation > Compensation Calculation view. You can review the award payouts using the Calculation Workbook.

For more information about recognition awards, see Creating a Recognition Award. For more information on Rate Tables, see Rates and Rate Tables.

To associate a recognition award with a plan rule rate table
