Personalizing a Compensation Plan Rule
You can personalize a plan rule using the following methods:
- Method 1. First, select the plan participant and clear the Default check box in the Plan Participant's view. Then, add the plan rules you want to associate with the participant.
- Method 2. First, clear the Default check box in the plan rule when associating this plan rule to a plan, then select a participant and drill down on the participant's last name. Finally, add the plan rules you want to associate with that participant.
- Method 3. Change the personal plan rule effective dates and payout factor.
