Create a schedule that determines how often the query is run.
If you do not specify schedule controls, the default behavior is:
- Run the query every day at midnight (hh:mm:ss = 00:00:00).
- Do not send the report if empty.
Configuration Options
Name Description Subscription ID The subscription ID for this query.
Schedule Type The schedule that determines how often the query will be run.
Supported schedule types are:
- When Data Generated
The query is run once a minute and, if it returns any results, a report is sent to the destination.
- Once a Minute, Once an Hour, and Once a Day
The query is run once during the selected period at a time you specifiy.
- Weekly
The query is run on the day or days you select at a time you specify.
- Advanced
Changing the type to Advanced preserves any time parameters you entered for another schedule type. However, changing the type from Advanced discards parameters that do not exist in the new type. For example, changing from Advanced to Once an Hour will discard all parameters except those that are valid for a Once an Hour schedule.
Initial Record Time (format: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM|PM) The date and time that determine the starting point for the schedule.
The first time the query is executed for a subscription, the only events considered are those whose Record Time is greater than or equal to the value specified for Initial Record Time.
For each subsequent execution of the query, the only events considered are those whose Record Time is greater than or equal to the time when the query was last executed.
Do not send report if empty If the report contains no data, do not send the report to the subscriber.
