Displaying Contact Details
You can display contact details by using the Contact list. To display contact details
- Tap Contacts on the application banner to display the Contacts list.
- Tap a contact in the list.
All contact details for the selected contact are displayed in the work area. The contact details include the information shown in the following table.

Menu button |
The following options are available when you tap the Menu button: About Record, Record Count, and Create Bookmark. For more information about using the Menu button, see Menu Button. |
New button |
Use this button to create a new contact. For more information, see Adding or Updating Contacts. |
Edit button |
Use this button to edit the contact details. For more information, see Adding or Updating Contacts. |
Forward and Back buttons |
Use this button to navigate to the next and previous contact record in the work area. |
Contact Information |
Includes information about the contact, such as the contact name, address, and email. |
Related Lists |
Each contact can be associated with multiple calls, addresses, contact best times, and state licenses. The following related lists are available:
- Calls. Shows the calls from the team that are linked to the contact. If required, tap Calls to create a new contact call. For more information, see Creating or Updating Calls for a Contact.
- Addresses. Shows the address information for the contact. If required, tap Addresses to add a new contact address. For more information, see Adding or Updating Address Information for a Contact.
- Best Time. Shows the best time to call on the contact. This information enables you to track when a contact is available at a given location. If required, tap Best Time to add a new contact best time. For more information, see Adding or Updating Best Times for a Contact.
- State Licenses. Shows the state license information for the contact, typically, a physician or another health-care provider. If required, tap the State License to add a new contact state license. For more information, see Adding or Updating the State License for a Contact.
- Affiliations. Shows the affiliated accounts for the contact. For more information, see Reviewing or Changing Affiliation Information for a Contact.
- Relationships. Shows the type of relationship between contacts. For more information, see Reviewing or Changing Relationship Information for a Contact.
- Attachments. Shows the attachments (if there are any) for the contact. You can view and update existing attachments, add new file attachments, and add new URL attachments to contacts. For more information, see Using the Attachment Feature.
