Understanding Hardware Commands
Enables a switch chip port.
enableswitchport switch_chip port
where:
switch_chip is the letter of the switch chip (A–F).
port is the number of the port (1–36).
This hardware command enables a port on the switch chip.
The following example shows how to enable port 1 on switch chip A with the enableswitchport command.
